The Center will observe closures on all British Columbia and federal statutory holidays, including Easter Monday and Family Day, as well as for two weeks during the summer and one week over the Christmas period. These closures are factored into the fee structure, and refunds will not be issued.

In case of a power outage lasting more than 4 hours, inclement weather, or any other emergency situation compromising the safety and security of the children, parents will be promptly notified to collect their children.

Despite our best efforts to keep the daycare open during periods outside of the holidays and closures mentioned above, there may be circumstances beyond the control of the management and staff that necessitate closure. In such instances, we will strive to provide parents with as much notice as possible. Please note that daycare fees will not be refunded.

We, as the daycare, shall not be held liable for any loss of parental earnings or consequential damages resulting from the closures outlined above.
