The Centre will be closed on all BC and federal statutory holidays, Easter Monday, Family Day as well as 2 weeks in summer and 1 week at Christmas time. The closure is included in the fee and money will not be refunded.
In the event of a power outage, lasting more than 4 hours or inclement weather or any other emergency where safety and security of children is of concern, parents will be contacted to pick up their children.
While every effort is made to ensure that the daycare remains open during periods outside of above-mentioned holidays and closures, the daycare might have to be closed in circumstances beyond the control of the management and staff of Wonder Years Daycare. In such circumstances, as much as possible notice will be given to the parents of the closure. Daycare fees will not be refunded.
Wonder Years Daycare will not be responsible for loss of parents’ earnings or consequential loss of any kind incurred by the parent because of the above-mentioned closures.
